It can also use Purgewater to propel itself long distances, in order to attack far-away threats. The Tideripper specializes in Purgewater attacks, which it can fire from cannons on its head and the rotating disc on its back. They only come onto dry land if they detect a threat (such as a hunter), although they will occasionally waddle onto shore. They are generally found in lakes or the ocean, where they filter sediment for resources. Typical for large machines, the Tideripper is predominantly solitary.
